Sailor.sh is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), the Linux Foundation, or PSI. Any references to Kubernetes, CKAD, CKA, or CKS are for descriptive purposes only, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Use of Sailor.sh

  • Sailor.sh is provided for educational and training purposes only.
  • You may use Sailor.sh to practice Kubernetes concepts and improve your skills.
  • You may not use Sailor.sh for any illegal, malicious, or unauthorized purposes.

4. No Guarantees

  • Sailor.sh does not guarantee success in CKAD, CKA, or CKS certification exams.
  • The content provided is for educational purposes only and does not replicate actual exam questions.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

  • Sailor.sh collects minimal data necessary for improving the simulator.
  • We do not sell, share, or misuse user data.

6. Refund Policy

General Refund Terms

  • Refunds are subject to the specific issue or problem experienced by the user and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • No explicit or automatic refunds are available for Sailor Cloud services.
  • In cases where users experience technical issues or service disruptions, we will provide extended access or service credits as appropriate compensation.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase or service activation.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund consideration, contact our support team at support@sailor.sh with detailed information about the issue experienced.
  • All refund requests will be reviewed by our team and processed within 5-10 business days of approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Service credits or extended access may be offered as an alternative to monetary refunds at our discretion.

Payment Security

  • All payments are securely processed through DodoPay, our trusted payment processing partner.
  • Sailor.sh does not store or have access to your payment card information.

7. Contributions

  • Contributions to Sailor.sh are welcome.
  • By submitting code or content, you agree that it can be used and distributed under the Sailor.sh project's open-source license.

8. Security Disclaimer

  • Sailor.sh is designed for educational use only and should not be deployed in production environments.
  • Running Sailor.sh on personal or enterprise systems is at your own risk.
  • We do not take responsibility for security vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, or unintended consequences of using Sailor.sh.

9. Limitation of Liability
